Before you write

What does a first call cover?

Thirty minutes, no deck. You describe what changed in your business; we tell you honestly whether this is a problem we are good at, and roughly what it would take.

How far ahead are you booking?

We run three engagements at a time. Discovery can usually start within three to four weeks; larger builds are scheduled a quarter ahead.

Do you work with startups?

Yes, past seed. Below that the honest answer is usually that you need to keep changing your mind quickly, and a studio engagement will slow you down.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Most of our best work is embedded. We are comfortable designing to your system, or building one your team owns afterwards.
